Competition breeds innovation, and here at Rogers Capital, we firmly believe in the merits of healthy competition. The Junior Achievement Mascareignes Mini Company Final gathered students from different schools to engage with their peers. The competition aimed to develop capabilities in work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy. Rogers Capital had a prominent role, having funded the entire competition and all related events. Selected staff were assigned to help and mentor specific teams who partook in the competition. Our involvement bears testimony to the value we place in honing the skills of future generations.
