Business Analyst

Rogers Capital is hiring a Business Analyst to join the Project Administration Team. The selected candidate will report to the Head of Project and will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and process optimisation across various departments. The candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Scan and analyse market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats
• Independently manage, monitor projects and ensure alignment with the overall strategic plan
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of strategic and operational initiatives
• Provide competitive intelligence to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Develop dashboards and presentations to clearly communicate key performance metrics to stakeholders
• Collaborate with management to understand the business’ goals and objectives
• Participate in the development of the company’s strategic plan
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to convey strategic and operational insights effectively
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Assist in the planning and execution of strategic and operational projects
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders on projects
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Your profile:

• Degree in Finance/ ACCA or any other relevant qualification
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in Financial Sector
• Financial Analytics experience will be an advantage
• Can communicate easily (Verbal & Written) in French and English
• Computer literate (well versed with Microsoft Tools/ PowerPoint is mandatory)
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
• Ability to multitask and be flexible
